        His Report introduced the multiple platforms and algorithm projects to support real-time intelligent decision-making, developed by RISELab, University of California, Berkeley. The system project focuses on the effective scheduling of machine learning workloads. One of the most representatives is Ray, a general distributed machine learning system that supports task abstraction and parallelism. The algorithm project aims to achieve more secure and interpretable decision-making system tasks, such as the learning database query optimization system Balsa, and the network packet classification tool NeuroCuts that automatically generates decision trees.
