Retrieval technology based on content cases: through a given query example image (such as automobile, commodity logo or architecture), use the method based on visual features in a massive video set for fast and accurate automatic case search. Related research involves visual feature extraction, BoW dictionary training, high-dimensional visual index and other technologies, including machine learning, pattern recognition, Multimedia retrieval and many other disciplines belong to the cutting-edge direction at present.
Multimedia semantic analysis technology: combined with the semantic attributes of image or video and various machine learning technologies such as matrix decomposition and sparse coding, this paper studies how to extract the attributes with good robustness, strong generalization ability and high discrimination, so as to identify the high-level semantic information of image or video and realize the semantic recognition of multimedia data. On the basis of high-level semantic information, it focuses on application research such as object detection and recognition, video event detection and so on.
Human retrieval and recognition based on attributes: Attribute based human retrieval and recognition: using face detection and human body region segmentation technology, this paper studies human attribute recognition methods. In the process of multi-attribute query, combined with extreme value theory, Weibull distribution and attribute correlation learning algorithm, this paper improves the accuracy of attribute fusion, and then obtains more accurate retrieval and recognition results.
